I do a little research on the net and now I know that the first italian president was Einaudi Luigi. Actually if I don't search it I can't even imagine it. :D

Einaudi was the second president. Check again.
The first president after the constitution was Einaudi Luigi, before the constituion was Enrico De Nicola. Right?
