Create a Poll

1. In the top RIGHT hand corner of your blog, click on DESIGN to open a new page.
2. On the LEFT hand side, click on LAYOUT.
3. Click on + Add a GADGET to open a new window with various options.
4. Scroll down the list to find POLL. Click on the + and start creating!
5. Read all the information carefully. 

You can ask anything you like. Here are some ideas:

• What is your favorite---subject/book/city/animal/food/film/sport?
• Do you like --a subject/actor or actress/a sport/school/drawing/my blog? 
• Where would you like to go-- for our school trip/ on holiday?
• What would you like to do next weekend? 
• Which (film/TV program/series) would you like to watch?

Then decide the answers people can choose from. You can let them choose ONE or MULTIPLE. REMEMBER: if you want to allow more than one answer, you must use the plural: What are your favorite subjects?

CHECK your work. Once people have voted, you CANNOT change anything. Click SAVE and GO vote on your classmates' polls!

NB: Do not use the 24 hour time with am or pm.

Create Your Blog

1. Sign in to your Google account using your gmail address.


2. Click on the  Google app icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.

3. Choose the B for BLOGGER.
4.   A new page will open.
      5.   Click on "Create Your Blog".
       6.   Confirm or Create a profile.
                  7.   Create name of Blog in the TITLE.
8.   Choose a theme.
9.   Click "Create Blog".
